was told will charge $90/hr +GST
wanted a two way switch stairway switch repaired and a wardrobe light repaired.
was there for 1 hour and 15 mins. repaired the wardrobe light in 25 minutes and spent 45 minutes trying to repair the stairway light couldn’t do it but charged me $190.
when questioned about the charge said it included travel time.
They are based in Matraville I live in Maroubra, the next suburb less than 3 km away.
It is unfair.
Apart from reporting them to the Dept. of Fair trading or consumer affairs there is nothing one can do.
